HC Mutual Building and Loan Association has been in the business of
supporting Filipinos for 92 years. Established in 1932, we have dedicated
our work to bettering lives and achieving financial goals hand-in-hand
with our members.

Throughout the years, we have served and partnered with over 800 local
companies. We are proud to provide fast, affordable, and hassle-free
financial services to employees and underbanked families.

Our goal is to address the nation’s housing needs, and ultimately, to
serve the underbanked Filipino people through socially-responsible
housing products and financial services.

HC Mutual Building and Loan Association is a wholly-owned legal entity
of Fountel Corporation, a family of businesses that include the Universal Storefront Services Corporation (USSC). USSC serves a total of 9.5 million OFW and underbanked customers, making it one of the biggest one-stop financial services shops in the Philippines.
